During the 1990's John worked with BJ Cole in the TENDER MERCYS. The band opened up for TAMMY WYNETTE at Wembley Arena, and
backed GARTH BROOKS on TV during one of his early visits to the UK. JB also teamed up with JOOLS HOLLAND (again) when he
appeared as a special guest on THE TUBE
TOP OF THE POPS - SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE - THE CHART SHOW - MTV - THE OLD GREY WHISTLE TEST - THE TUBE - and more recently -
NBC's THE LATE SHOW with JIMMY FALLON - THE AL MURRAY SHOW. THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW & GOOD MORNING AMERICA.

SQUEEZE
Originally joined as their bassist back in 1979. He played on the albums Argy Bargy ,
East Side Story, Sweets from a Stranger and the chart topping album 45's and
Under. The group split in 1983 and John re-joined them in 2007 - playing bass on all
their latest releases including Five Live, Live at the Filmore (thats the best one!),
Spot the Difference & several tracks on From the Cradle.
In 2007 Squeeze played at the Royal Albert Hall with an Orchestra conducted by Del Newman.
On their latest USA tour they played a sellout show at Radio City Music Hall in New York.
Since 2007 Squeeze have played to vast crowds of music fans at all the major UK festivals including V Fest., The Isle of White Festival and Womad ...
